6. Support and Warranty

6.1. Post-delivery support for products purchased from our Website will be provided at the respective Brand Authorized Service Centers.

6.2. Warranty terms and conditions for each product are as per the manufacturer's policy.

6.3. DOA Policy: Any defect or issue with the product will have a 1-day DOA Policy. Customers must obtain a Service Report from the Authorized Service Centre and submit it for a DOA claim. Brand approval is required to process DOA, which may take up to 3 working days.

6.4. Warranty Terms:

Every product we sell comes with Brand Warranty terms that vary from Brand to Brand.

Trade Mark Clause: The names of brand products, trademarks, and other intellectual property used in this Website are the property of their respective owners. For iTree products, "Mahathi Technologies" is the trademark.

7. Refund and Cancellation or Exchange Policy

7.1. Cancellation or Exchange Policy: No cancellations or exchanges are allowed once a product is ordered. Material once sold cannot be taken back under any circumstances.

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for any products or services purchased on Once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Reasons for No Refund Policy:

  1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, once they are downloaded or accessed, they cannot be returned.
  2. Physical Products: Once a physical product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.
  3. Service Fees: Any service fees or charges paid are non-refundable.

10.1. GST Registered Customer: You are advised to share the correct GSTN for billing purposes. Validation of GST and report is your responsibility. Please report within the billing month due date for any corrections. Lateral report after the due date cannot be entertained. Kindly cooperate.

11.1. Legal Disclaimer: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.

12.1. GST Input: If you have not received GST input for any reason, it is the customer's responsibility to request for input and ensure that credit is received. Mahathi Technologies will not be responsible for such incidents. You can claim for GST input at a later stage.
