We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating and purchasing our products on the iTree Online store at www.itreeonline.com , or on the phone with the Sales contact Number +91 93 534 666 14 The iTree Online store is operated by Mahathi Technologies  which is a company incorporated in India with its registered office at #137/138, 2nd Main Road, Water Tank Road,BSK 3rd Stage,3rd phase, 4th Block Bangalore, Karnataka 560085, India.

To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to the iTree Online Store and the iTree Retail  Contact Centre as the “iTree ” and to Mahathi Technologies “we” or “us”. You may contact iTree by mail at the registered address above, or by phone on +91 93 534 666 14 from Mon-Sun 11:00 – 21:00.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the iTree Retail Store or Online Store, These Terms apply to the sales contract between you and Mahathi Technologies , along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. You need to be at least 18 years old to place orders on the iTree Retail Store or www.itreeonline.com.

No returns or exchanges

Products purchased at www.itreeonline.com or iTree Retail store cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please see our Sales Terms and Conditions for full policies.

What happens if I have received a defective item?

Every Product we ship comes with 1 Year Warranty and 3 Days  DOA Polocy (Dead On Arrival ) from date of Delivery.Authorised Service Center Report is valid Proof of defect. Submit to us at [email protected] or discuss the same. Post to Brand Approval we will share Confirmation  for the return. Receipt of Defective Goods we will ship Brand Unit as a replacement. Post 3 days of delivery DOA Polocy will not applicable. All the issues must be reported to Brand Service Provider for Further support.

My invoice has not been shipped with my order.

Within 2-3 working days of your order being delivered, you should receive from iTree Portal. If you do not receive this invoice, or if you require an additional copy for your records, please contact [email protected]

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

iTree reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the iTree Store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by iTree. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you. Additional information about pricing and taxes is available in the Payment & Pricing section.

In addition to your right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason as explained above, should iTree reduce its price, Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.

Credit Card or Debit Card

Can I change my payment method?

No. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new order using an alternate payment method. It may take 5 to 7 business days for the payment from your existing order to be credited to your card account.

Can I place an order using a foreign credit card?

www.itreeonline.com only accepts payments from cards issued in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

EMI

EMI options will automatically appear at checkout if the items in your bag qualify and your card is from an eligible bank about paying with EMI.

Net Banking

We accept Net Banking payments from most banks throughout India.

UPI

When selected at checkout, you can either enter your UPI ID or scan a QR code to authorise the payment on your UPI mobile app. Maximum payment limits may apply based on your bank.

Payment on Delivery

Payment on Delivery is not yet available for all PIN Codes.

When will my card be charged?

At the time you place your order, pending any processing time.

GST and Invoicing What taxes will I be charged?

All prices on www.itreeonline.com are inclusive of GST, which will be detailed on your invoice.

Can I place a business order or add a business GST number to my invoice?

No, only consumer orders can be placed at this time. You will receive a consumer invoice via email after delivery of your order. It is not possible to add a business GST number to your invoice and Customer Service cannot edit invoices to include it.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, iTree may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. iTree reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order, provided iTree has not yet accepted your order.

Legal Metrology Product Declaration

Compliance with the mandatory declaration with respect to pre-packaged product/s as per Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules 2011, such as Name & Address of the Manufacturer, Name & Address of the importer, Common Generic Name, Net Content, Country of Origin, Customer Support Address, E-mail & Telephone.

Export

This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. You may not export any product purchased from the  iTree Store to another country if prohibited by export control laws. If you do plan to export to another country, you must obtain any legally required export licences (or other government approvals) prior to doing so.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.
